I want to invest 3 million rupees with turn around time of 1 to 1.5 year. Please suggest me the best option in the below list or advise me your priority list
1) bahria enclave (8 marla, jigyot block)
2) bahria town phase 8
3) bahria town phase 8 extension
4) dha phase 2 extension
5) b-17
6) bahria garden city
Please i need advises from expert like syed ibrahim,sheikh abdul saadi_aquari, mr. Khan,mbs and other's. Please help me to take the decision.

I would suggest Bahria Enclave because of its location - one of the most scenic of all Bahria sites and quite close to Islamabad Zone 1. But I think its prices are unstable.
Secondly, B-17 is also an excellent choice and prices are already on the rise.
Thirdly, you can explore E-17 Cabinet from investment point of view.
Fourthly, I would suggest AWT in Zone 2.
