I am thinking to invest 60-70 lacs in either residential apartment or small shop for rental income. Is it a good idea in present real estate circumstances?
Any suggestions for where to invest for best rental income n appreciation? Small shop or small residential apartment should be the way?

We have 2 bed apartments near to possession in Islamabad near sri nagar highway (formaly kashmir highway). Current market price is arunf 1 caror 15 lac to 1 caror 40 lac but we are selling our old inventory for 80 lac only.
