I am looking for guidance with respect to investment I am planning in next 3-4 months InshaAllah. Early this year, I have made an investment in I-11 sector. I would like to understand:
Should I invest in CDA sector or diversify i.e. out of CDA. If diversify, which are the good options with respect to increase in value over time (I am looking at investment span of 4-5 years possibly)
If I were to invest in CDA, what are the hotspots that could fit this budget (I am primarily focused on investment, where I could derive more return in 4-5 years time period)
Do you suggest investment in structured property (e.g. flat). If flat then what are the options? I am not in Pak at the moment, therefore, I would be more interested in hearing views about how easy it is to rent, recovery of rentals, qabza etc. (I would prefer Isb /Rawalpindi than anywhere else)
Do you suggest DHA extension for investment purposes?
