Investment of Rs 10 Million in DHA Lahore

Could anybody please advise me to invest a Rs 10 Millions in DHA Lahore with good gain prospect?

My attention is to hold it for 3 years and then sell it with good gain or build it for better living.

I'm living abroad my main risk concerns are exchange rate and frauds related to the land.

Any valuable words from my expert fellow citizen will be highly appreciated.

I would suggest you to keep your money and wait for the next ballot at DHA Lahore. Try to participate in commercial & residential balloting. DHA should offer commercial plots in phase-6 in coming months.

Otherwise you can buy a good 1 kanal in phase-6 or phase-5. price surely to rise to some extent.
