I am interested in 10 marla plot and i have budget of 70 lakhs, can anyone guide me if bahria enclave Islamabad is better choice or Lahore DHA phase-8 in terms of appreciation.

I don't have any plan to construct house on this land and sole purpose is for investment.

Both options are equally good in my view, although prices have increased very much in DHA Lahore recently, further increase will occur after balloting.
