hoping you are good and doing well. Following is my case please read it and suggest for best optimized timeless solution.
I have 3 lac amount in hand and we want to purchase a plot in such a society that is fully developed facilities wise as we want to start installments procedure and want that we got possession in few month by paying a factor of amount. The reason for such urgency is that we want to build up new home for our own relocation by selling our old home which cost approx. 18 lac. Now Me want that I see a society which took my 3 lac and give me permission to build up on that plot with the amount of our selling home.
