I need a expert opinion here:-

*If i invest Rs.5500000 in some of the mutual funds an earn @12% after 5 years time my balance will be around 97 lac.

If i invest in G-14/4 0r G-13 3060 size plot what is estimated value of that plot after 5 years?

If I invest 55 lac in G-14/3 40*80 plot what will be estimate rate of that plot after 5 years?

• If i invest this amount in G-15 two plots of 3060 or one plot of 5090 what will be estimated value of this plot after 5 years?

• If i invest this amount in F-17 and B-17 what will be the value of my investment after 5 years?

after 5 years in G-13 30 x 60 will be around 90 to 1 crore and G-14/3 40 x 80 it depends on possession if got it then it will be around 1 crore 20 lac. but it depends on possession. after 5 years 30 x 60 one plot will be a round 70 lac in G-15 but these rates are dependent on many factors.

i think so for investment purpose G-14/3 and g-15 would be better.
