Please advise what are the chances of price appreciation of properties in PECHS scheme situated near new Islamabad airport.

PECHS has many positive points and no doubt it has very high potential. It is just one or two years time and once airport is operational, pechs prices will jump very high. For investment point of view, I think the location of H block 1 kanal plots is more attractive as they r still low in prices. I just saw an add of boulevard pair of 1 kanal plots available in H block. And its prices are very reasonable as compare to location. K and M block are also having very good potential. In my point of view, investing in pechs at present will give very good return very soon.
Does anyone know the price of possession plot 5 marla in pechs?
Possession plots of 5 marla are in F block which are priced around 12 lacs.
PECHS has many advantages and in next one or two years, plot prices will increase more then 100%.
There are three major jumps in prices expected within next one year time.
1) Air port Cargo service will start very soon and it will increase the prices of pots.
2) PECHS will get access from Kashmir Highway which will give huge advantage and prices will take big jump.
3) Airport will be fully operational by June 2014. And that time plot prices will again increase.
So now it is best time to buy plots here in very less price
Is it a safe investment.?
Gents is this true that new booking is opening in PECHS.IS this true? What will be the effect on already developed plots..and Is this right time to invest in PECHS?
