Is B-17 A Good Investment?

Can someone please guide me if b-17 is a good investment? If so, which sector is good? Is it safe to get non possession based plots in sector d or e? Or should i get one in c with possession already in place?

B-17 is a very good investment, if you can hold for 2 or more years, it will give u good return.

Don't go for D-block, it has land acquisition issues.

If you are doing for investment, I would suggest to go for E-Block, as possession is expected next year, so you will get good return.

B-Block should be good for living at the moment. C-Block is also good but with possession.

It depends on your budget? which would you prefer? bigger or smaller? the more bigger - the more it will cost!

Sir E block is good for long term investment and B block is good for immediate construction…

Dear farhan if ur budget is for 10 marla then go for it there is no big diff between 7 marla and ten marla however it will pay u good in future. Dear sheikh sahab in which block u want to know commercial prices.? in e block currently commercial profit as around 15 to 20 lac.

Dear syed saab, I was wondering what prices on commercial plots in e block (future long term investment) , or which commercial plots would you recommend in which block? as it maybe worth investing in a commercial plot and if the place gets built up like bahria, it maybe worth constructing plaza there.

E block of B-17.

Sheikh sb bahria has its own standard and no one can match it…BTW ibrahim sb what is the total price of commercial plot in B and E block of different sizes??

Well of course bahria has its own standards saad saab, but its the next bahria of zone 2!

Thanks very much for your kind advise. I believe I should go for E block 10 marla then. There are two more questions if you can please guide me with?

1) There is one plot 7 marla in C block with possession and everything cleared that is pretty much close to my upper budget limit. Should i consider that or should i still go for E block from investment point of view?

2) What should be the cost of 10 marla plot in E block?

I think you should go for 10 marla E-block if you can wait for 2 years.it will give you good profit.

Not very sure about the prices, i sold my 2 10 marla corner plots in E block before 1 week in 22 each. Prices of 10 marla vary according to location.

Farhan Shah, i sold 525 and 526, they were not close to markaz, but corner plots. I sold them before 1 week and today i got an offer of 24 each from another broker, so the prices are rising. I would not have sold them but i had to to complete my construction work going on. 10 marla is a very good size and E block still has potential. Regards,

Please send me the link of some trusted dealers in B-17 ... I need to buy a plot there and we all know the level of fraud in real estate sector so if any one has any leads to good and honest dealers. I will appreciate that !

I would say, that sale purchase of smaller plots is more as compared to bigger plots due to difference in price, however, I would agree that the difference between 7 and 10 marla is not that big.

However, I prefer 7 marla.
