Is B-17 Boom Contagious? When To Infect D-17, E-17, F-17 In Line?

There is currently a big boom on multi b-17. This is the second one on multi gardens in the last 2-3 years.

After the current boom is over (and we dont know when) a third boom will hit it due to margalla avenue. This society is an amazing performer.

But what about other societies in the 17 series? Or with gt road access such as jkchs. I think it is a matter of time when these will also be infected.

How can you stop market forces from closing the widening gap between b-17 and others in the 17series or even the 18 series? After all they are next in line. When b-17 becomes above budget for investors and home builders, then naturally they will move to the next options on gt road inside islamabad territory.

So fasten your seat belts zone 2 is taking off.

@Pk1. I totally agree with your analysis. Finally, the high tide that we were waiting for! From what I have observed over the years, when a price hike strikes any part of Zone 2, it usually travels like a wave across the area, although its effect on different societies is variable depending on a number of factors. However, societies where estate agents have some good liasion with society management, there is a bigger effect.

It is also not uncommon to use prices of adjoining areas as a reference for determining where prices are high or low, and it leads to an influx of investors, raising prices in adjoining areas also. So in that perspective, I think B-17 rise might just be a start of good news for most of Zone 2. Lets hope for the best.

Very Nice Critics by SyedAmjad and Pk1, But i don't think there is any other society in Zone 2 which is better or even comparable with MPCHS. Let's see.

At the moment friends I dont think there is any other society (reputable) in isb which is giving such unprecedented dividends to its investors like B17. So go ahead buy it wont let you down seeing the development work and well repute od MPHS

D 17 MARGALL VIEW and D 18 PECHS will also give good returns after completion of Margalla Avenue. Wapda town , Gulshane sehat and AWT has approach issues form GT road and these will be the bad performenr. E 16 cabinet will also increase but less than D 17 and D 18 echs. However no comparison of B 17.

Multi Orchards is another good option, You can not compare E-16,E-16, D-17 with Multi.

The other societies are not active like B-17 in Zone-2. There will be some increased but not like B-17

The club is in the Multi Orchards Farmhouse Scheme, but since it is open to all multi members it will improve prices in B-17 as well. Also for people who don't have plots in any multi projects, there is another reason to buy a small plot in Residencia for 1.5 million and enjoy the benefits of a top class club!

I think the next big boom will hit Orchards and Residencia inshaAllah. But frankly I think all Zone 2 societies with direct main road access will boom in 2014. The boom in B-17 has now made it almost sure that an adjustment is overdue in Zone 2 generally.

My guess is this is the right time to invest in d-18, e-16, e-17 and even d-18 and e-18. Investors with bigger budget should consider G-16 and f-15.

B 17 has its own club as well

But I think they are building the one at Orchards to match the,standards of Islamabad Club. This was announced in yesterday’s AGM.

Ok but in future club will also built in B 17 as they have already space in B block

But MPCHS has also reserved space for a club in Multi Orchards Farm Housing scheme.

According to experts here, next boom will hit G-15 and F-15. My question is WHEN will there be a jump in jkchs?
