Dear Gurus! i am reading your valuable posts/comments and inputs for various projects. I need your help for a plot i am buying in DHA Phase 5 Sector E which is actually DHA EMMAR project. is E sector officially a part of DHA now? the transfer will be done through DHA and for sure need your advise if it is okay to Buy in E sector or other sectors are preferred? i want to buy in Sector E because of Its direct access, comparatively at lower rate a ready to construct plot. i am not investing for increase but want to build dream house. Thanks in advance for your guidance and inputs.
Sir better go for other sectors of Dha 5 and drop E block.

DHA/EMAAR partnership has always been not in limelight. They made villas in Canyon Views in the past but quality of construction was not very good.
May be now do better but the very first partnership JV matters a lot for their future projects
