Is dha phase 6 developed enough to have residence after 4-6 months

I want to ask that it would be right option to buy a 1 kanal plot in dha phase 6 lahore now and have residence in 4- 6 months.

Ali why not? Dha is now extended to further more phases. And dha phase 6 is much developed now for living.
