I am an overseas pakistani, i need advice. I shall appreciate if the experts could pls shed some light on fazaia housing scheme tarnol. I have been informed that there are some plots available in the extension area. Is there some good potential in this sector? If i ever want to sell my plot, will it be easy?
Hi, i will say dont go for tarnol. It is a paf society and as you know, navy and paf dont have resources to give proper facility. I will recommend to go ahead for bahria or dha.

Dear sabeen, Paf tarnol is a good site for future investment. Please visit the society. Currently its rental value is highest w.R.T investment compared to any sector of islamabad. The society has complete boundary wall and serving army checkpoint at entry. It is well located as it is touching motorway. My vote is go (after istikhara) for paf tarnol thats my suggestion / opinion. I recently bought a plot and i am happy with it. Cheers

I heard from somebody who has plot and willing to sell because in paf tarnol there is no ground water and residents have to buy tankers for water supply.Investigate this problem before buying.

Paf tarnol is a gated community with few homes and high security. Rental income is now a days high there as different companies got some houses there on rent for there staff. Sale purchase is not very high there due to its current location. For a long term investment like 5 to 8 years its not a bad idea to invest in paf tarnol but maybe in that range u can get some better options in other areas of zone 2

@sabeen I would say invest in block c, 600 syd plot cost 30 - 38 lac or block g 300 syd cost 15-22 lac.
@s.Arshad Paf tarnol do not give you water till the time your house is under construction, once its finished you will get water, water tanker service is free at the moment. Under ground water situation is different from house to house, some have plenty of water some have less water. At the moment there is bit water issue.
