Is Investment In CDA Sector I-14 Is Good At This Moment?

I am looking to purchase plot of size 30x60 or 25x60 in sector I-14, Islamabad. Is investment in CDA sector I-14 is good at this moment? If not then suggest the suitable place to invest 3 million for a period of 1 to 1.5 years to get good return.

I-14 is a proper CDA sector with very low development standards prices are already high there it will give u return after one year but a normal return. Also consider some other options in that range F-15, F-16, E-16, E-17, D-18 are good options where you can buy a better size and also returns will be better then i 14 inshaAllah.

I don't think I-14 is good place for investment of one year time frame.

In addition to the options given by Ibrahim Sb you may consider AWT and FOECHS. Also B-17 and Multi Residencia.

I have visited I-14 and it seems very safe investment as more than 100 houses are already built in this area and several are in progress.

But for other options as u have mentioned I need to have visit there and get more information for those options..

Syed Ibrahim bhai, what is your take on the Airport Link Road which had to pass through I/14/15/16 has already been cancelled by CDA and PM Secreteriat. Will it impact the prices in these sectors as prices increased in these sectors after this above mentioned road plan.

I would suggest Top City 1, B-17 and Bahria Town Phase 8 for safe investment, Invest in chunks if you have 3 million and you will get very good return in the above mentioned time frame. Regards,

What is current price range of small plot in cdechs?

In my point of View I-14 is a good place, as very near to Islamabad/Pindi w.r.t other mentioned areas.

It will be hot cake in a couple of few years specially for people of Pindi.

It looks to me dream for 1 year investment. U will loss money. So u will have to wait for 3 to 4 years to find some good total.

*POOR ACCESS NO WORK DONE BY CDA ON ACCESS OF THESE THREE SECTORS YOU HAVE TO PASS NARROW STREETS TO REACH THERE.

*NO MAINTENANCE WORK ON ROADS ALL DESTROYED BY RAINS AND LAND SLIDES.

*THERE IS A DAIRY FARM IN THE MIDDLE OF SECTORS DOUBLE ROAD CDA UNABLE TO REMOVE THEM.

IN SHORT NEGLECTED SECTORS IF CDA GIVE SOME ATTENTION THEY HAVE HUGE POTENTIAL AS THESE SECTOR'S ENJOY VERY GOOD LOCATION ARE JUST 3 KM FROM G 13 AND ALSO NEAR TO SADDAR RAWALPINDI.

@slayer…This is exactly what i was saying and you will find me in future doing so…CDA is impotent and thats it…These sectors have no future without any attention and unfortunately cda will not look after it…i guarantee.
