Hi every one I just want to ask the experts here that is. It a good time to sell my e12 plot or just wait.
Dear Taj so many people are confused about e 12, if CDA failed to start e 12 in next 6 or 8 months then prices will go down in e 12 however if they begin some work in e 12 prices will shoot there so wait for a little time but keep in touch with market

BTW what are chances of e-12 development-----what happened to a tender announced by CDA about E-12 roads' development? I think E-12 rates have not increased after CDA's announcement of some plots in E-12 which would be allocated through the process of balloting.
I think it not bad time to sell plot as the rates are very high now.

@Ihsan: Don’t you think that E-12 prices are further to increase in near future? Specialty if the contractor who agreed upon constructing the main and service roads of E-12 actually starts constructing the road? Or the road construction bid and then allocating it to a firm is no more than a lollypop to people, if I say it in Saadi’s sb language:).

I agree with Brother Ibrahim. Keep a close watch on the market prices and stay updated with latest news on the sector. I have a plot in E-12 but I’m not selling it now as I was given some positive news from a gentleman in Abu Dhabi who had a relative working in CDA…BUT, pls contemplate and make your own decision, as we can never be sure of anything. Allah knows best.
In my view point,it should be sold and that money should be invested at the place where healthy business activity is going on…E-12 is not having healthy business rather people are being made fool by using different tactics by the investors in collaboration with some of the corrupt cda employees…
