I have been thinking of buying a plot and a shop in Bahria Town , as I am new to Islamabad I need help if its a wise decision to buy in Bahria location.
Bahria Town holds a lot of promise and its a good thing to invest there. Go for it. There are going to be many modern facilities there soon enough including optical fiber carried high speed internet which i just came to know they are installing there.
Well i kinda heard that there is land dispute problem from some people thats why i wanted to know for sure that the investing their wont result in a bad decision, plus if anyone knows about propert their can u guide me by giving their phone or address of office. I hav worked as a teacher for a long time here and i wish to settle down now.
Forget phase 7, buy a house/flat/shop or a plot in Phase 8, the rates are up now a days, still don't buy a file, buy a developed plot/house. Your investment is secure and safe InshAllah. Kind Regards,

You can call them and ask the development status. if the development is in its final stages only then i would recommend you to invest there. Otherwise where you have doubts, you should avoid doing business there.

I would say that go for possession plot in Phase-8 and construct your house, or you may try for buying a constructed house, if you want to get away from the hassle of house construction. You can contact ihsanmarwat@hotmail.com
