I was thinking of investing in ‘La Ville De Paris Housing Scheme Ltd’. I came across a news a while back about it being a fraudulent housing scheme. So, I wanted to know if the project is approved or not? Any update I can get on its status?

Apologies for my lack of knowledge on GWA market. If that’s for investment purposes, why not the Capital or Cities like LHR where magnitude of investment could be a bit higher than GWA but returns can also be quite licrative.
