I am planning to buy a plot in muslim nagar society lahore 5 marla, please advise me should i buy the plot and build house over there? Is it a good society? Thank you

If you buy a plot on the ground then you should be ok, however looking at the map it seems that the society does not have possession of all the area. It seems like a fairly small society. I don’t know the prices but the price should be good otherwise you can buy in many other bigger and better known societies.
The reason I am wanting to buy at T and T is because in my budget the plot with possesion which I can get in the range of 15 to 16 lakh is only thins society. They are selling 5 marla from 15 lakh 50 thousand. I wanted to get at nfc phase 2 but there is no development at the moment. It will take 3 to 4 years to get possesion or more. Lake city and bahria orchard doesn’t have anything in this price range.
