Bahria Enclave Islamabad is launching 5/8 marla plots on installments in the coming few weeks, could be a good short term investment option. Faisal town is also good short term investment option.

Well, they will launch it in December 2013, and they will advertise it in Newspapers and Banners plus TV adds, you can easily apply through a normal procedure by going to Bahria Town Phase 8, Getting the form fillled and attaching the down payment Pay Order with it plus ID card photocopy, 2 Passport size pictures and id card copy of Next of Kin.
And Yes prices will increase for these plots as well.
Down payment is going to be 500000.
Any other info pls plot size no of installments and per installment payment
Most probably it will be launched in Dec 2013.
5 marla and 8 marla.
Price will be 45 and 65 lacs respectively.
They will be on installments, total 18 months, 9 installments after every two months.
I think you will need to purchase from dealers, I don't think there will be any advertisement campaign for this, coz these new plots will be sold in days if not hours by the dealers, people already willing to give down payments to dealers.
Prices will certainly increase, these will be mainly for investment.

Thanx for sharing ur information , but as i think u r talking abt Bahria Town phase 8 of Rawalpindi…coz BE is going to launch 10 marla plots in few days, and as far as my knowledge is concerned they r difficult to purchase direct frm bahria office, we ve to deal with dealers…hopefully u ll guide

Brother i want to ask you that why Faisal town is short-term investment? secondly as far as my information is concerned, there is no 8 or 5 marla new launching in Bahria Enclave in the near future. Yes as Tanya said 10 marla is coming soon.

@ Apple: 10 marla and 1 Kanal in OLD MAP area are in possession. Plenty of houses have already been built.
@ Ahmad11: Thanks dear. Map, balloting and start of development work is on the cards, so thats why, it is short term investment. Prices will certainly increase.
@ Dr. Musi, Thanks. If 45 lac is booking price for 5 marla. Let say 10 lacs is downpayment. So you can divide 35 lacs into 9 equal installments.
Nothing is confirmed, until launched/ announced.
