I have heart about a new project named "islamabad enclave" near nilore factory..
Seniors members are requested to highlight that:-
Are the developers credible?
Is the investmemt safe in islamabad enclave?
Have they got noc issued?
And also share any info regarding said project.

Ok sir i will post it if i get it…But after checking this website,thoroughly check market sentiments and affinity of investors for this project because website usually contains very catchy promises and deals.

Haven’t heard anything about the project so cant give my assessment.
Why every one adding name Enclave to their projects?, are Bahria enclave and Park enclave so demanding, that every new project start adding enclave as a guarantee of success?
