Recently these two societies Islamabad Golf City and Capital Valley making alot of buzz. Both in pre launch without NOC but have excellent locations. Seniors please advise scope of investment in one of these two.
These projects are pushed by marketing companies and realtors while the builders are completely unknown. So I would stay away from these projects despite their claims of wonderful location.
