Government changed and property market crashed.

PHA Flats, i think those were cancelled and the allotees were given plots.
Yes Rizwan - the PHA scheme behind Railway carriage site. They were built. My in-laws in Islamabad have the keys to flat etc..

A number of blocks of flats have been built, some people are even living there as well.
Adnan Sb, prices vary from 22 to 30 lacs depending upon location and floor.
