4marla ivy green commercial is better or phase 7 for investment of 3-4 years. Will appreciate guidance
Ivy green is much better then phase 7. Its fast pace development will be on the ground in few months and rates will hike for sure.
Is it worth to buy now on ground plot in ivy green or after 4-5 months when the status of this project is more clear as the development charges are not yet announced and there are some files also yet to be balloted
Better to wait for 4-5 months & then decide where to invest, situation would be more clear by then.
