Can any body inform on the going rates for one kanal plot in bharia town phase 8 sector E and F , i believe these are one of the new sectors and good for investment.
All dues clear one kanal plot is in between (22 lacs to 25 lacs) in Sector E, where as one kanal plot is in between F-5 ( 12 lacs to 15 lacs).But i suggest dont invest in F-5 . sector E is good for investment.
