Karachi , where to invest pkr 30 lacs in karachi?
Get new apartment & old 1 kanal. Seems good to invest.
I suggest to purchase a 500 plot of Golf City Bahria Town Karachi.
Bahria Town is too far away from Karachi, people say its future is uncertain as who will live there, besides they haven't started giving possession yet, people say to enter in BT only after possession process starts.
Can you please suggest a place within Karachi to invest under 40 lacs?

Yousuf, when the possession starts you can only enter bahria to shop around or pray at the mosque not for a plot. I believe now is the time.
