5 marla file is available for 4 lacs, and i heard prices will instantly go up by around 50k after 24th march balloting. Should i put my money into it?

Rates are not more than 3 Lac for 5 Marla. Donot buy higher than that.

BECAUSE THEIR ARE HELL LOT OF 5 MARLA BOOKINGS,,,AND MOST OF THE TIME DEALERS PLAY AMONG THEMSELVES TO INCREASE THE PRICE TO MAKE END USER LURE TOWARDS THE PROFIT,AND SUDDENLY GENUINE BUYER FINDS HIMSELF LONE IN THE FIELD AND ELSE ARE ALL CROWDS,
I may be wrong per as per my thinking, this is just a hype before balloting, i saw many people who just booked a 5 marla plot in the end in order to get rid of the certificate which they have purchased expensive as in the end the rate of certificate was too low.
Secondly, as per my knowledge everybody who applied for a 5 and 10 marla plot, they will be given a plot, this is going to be the DHA valley 2.
Soon after the balloting, the rates will reverse and it will be available on loss, as their are many plots.

Even the current price of 280 290 which dealers are selling@ is inflated and artifically raised by themselves,without genuine buyers,even they are confused about response after balloting,so if you are not incurring loss and getting 10 20 thousand profit just sell them,as after tomorow you ll find plenty of sellers,as investors were forced to sip this plot syrup after form crashed

If every one will get the plot then what is need for balloting ? why do bahria select the date 23rd march? there is sumthing behind this if price will come down who will go for next project of bahria any where in pakistan? might be possible if price will go down temprory but that is for sure real investor will not get loss in the name of bahria. Real state is not like stock exchange today you buy and tomrw sell . Real state need patience atleast wait for six months will give such returns bahria will never fail his first project in karachi. So no need of panic for real investors panic for those who need return in a week or two week they wont get some safe exit they need to pay penalty if they think for very short term (lene ke dene)
by the way litsen that transfer fees oof 125 is 32000 thusand not sure its confirmed but very strong resources says this lets hope for best
Balloting is not only for the plots, balloting has to be done for Commercial, flats and residential commercial flats etc
