I was not expecting a 4 bed accommodation ( 12 marla) at main Margalla road, ready to move in, in market @ 90- 95 lakhs. Some people advised me to stay away from the project due to its bad reputation.
You are right also management plus building if you see construction i also engineers dont think good enough for 13 stories…builders also owners save there money as much as they did… Reason alltogether no rental value and zero re sale i think few other projects better than this with same price range builders are good and planning is too good than this if you really looking for apartment to live in…sharing email will share you projects better than this thankx .
