Is it recommended to buy plot files in Lahore DHA 8 or 9 and any idea what is the going rate of the plot files these days - any advice will be much appreciated.

In my view, the per marla rate of DHA phase 9 file is more than Rs. 340,000. However, for affidavits, the rate is more than that.
ps. thats my personal assessment, you may ask some other experts as well.
Phase-8 Z-block One kanal file @ 54-lacs and Phase-9 One Kanal file @ 48-lacs. Both are good, safe but long term investments. Its possession can be expected after 6-7 years.
I have a phase 9 file and for the past few months rates are dropping, What could be the reason? Should we not invest in phase 8 or 9? Will anything happen in this year like balloting!
Expert opinion will be much appreciated.

the price fall might be due to the market adjustment. I guess it is required for the poised growth of the market.
Well what do you say Mr. Zain, should i move my investment to somewhere else, as for the time being it seems like a dead investment. I am not in lahore so i dont know what is the atmosphere like in case of phase 9.
What is the difference between an Affidavit and a file ?
All the major investment is being done in lda city rite now…the usual investor of dha is investing in lda city…thats one reason of phase 8 and 9 files rate dropping…it will get better in 2 to 3 months when lda city will be launched and investers will return to dha
