We know that ring road will pass through bahria town lahore in coming years. After which sector e and f will be on one side of ring road and all other sectors will be on other side.
Can someone shed light on the impact at prices for residential plots on either sides of ring road in bahria town.
Last time I heard that LRR-SL will fly over BT Lhr instead of dividing it through and Bahria was willing to pay the cost. Not sure what's the latest now. In any case it is going to impact positively on all the sectors of BT which are at the bottom right now only due to accessibility reasons.
On the other hand I do not see any mega project moving under this incompetent tabdeeli sarkar.
As Ring road interchange will be at the entrance of nfc plase 2. There is a road right next to bahria town Eifel tower in phase e. Is there any chance for it to connect to interchange through nfc phase 2.
