Lake city m7c 5 marla residential plot (old booking 24.9 lac)

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum, and highly appreciate the helping resources here. I have a question:
2 days back, i received confirmation letter of my old booking of 5 marla lake city m-7c. In the confirmation letter, payment schedule was also written. To my surprise, i found out that the total amount has now been changed to 30 lac (for old booking) which was always 25 lac in my understanding previously. Upon inquiring from lake city, they said that development charges have now been added (worth 5 lac). When i asked about new bookings, they said the charges are already included in them. So logically, now there is no difference in old or new booking. I then called my real estate agent, who did not know that lake city included development charges as installments but he just told me that development charges were to be informed later by lake city (while no one ever informed about it at the time of booking). Also he said that for new plots, the development charges will apply on top of 30 lac, meaning total amount payable will be 35 lac. Can someone please confirm this?
My question is, are all customers (investors) ok with this misinformation/additional charges from lake city? Can we all not launch a complaint or an objection over it for them to review and roll back this amount?

Lake City had mentioned the Development Charges at the back of form (5 Lac). Also the new booking has the same development charges on top of 30 lac.

So far the feedback about Lake City is quite positive. Being a newbie and not a player of this market, I still have my doubts. This could all even be a bubble which could burst through consent of investors (Allah Forbid). Lets see, at the moment going so far so good.
