i have a 7 mirla lakecity file which i purchased back in july 2016. I paid the full downpayment of 7 lac and have also paid two instalments. Unfortunately the current trading price of this file specially the 7 mirla is trending negative.
my rationale was to mature this to its full term but i am in two minds now whether to exit this now or perhaps hold it to maturity?
what do the property pandits think about investment in lc and its potential? Is it worth holding to it? 7 mirla plot on groun currently is around between 55-60 in m7 is it likely to touch 75-80 in a couple of years?
