Dear all,
I am interested to know about latest status of noc roshan pakistan. As per information available on cda website, noc is restored subject to submission of post noc formalities till march 21, 2013. After laps of 04 x months no update from cda.
However on inquiring rp peoples always informs that noc has been restored and information available on cda website will be updated soon.
Anyone if can inform about real situation. Is there is any chance to got things streamlined in near future.

Dear sir, I totally understand your question here, as I asked a similar question a few months ago. As far as im aware cda cancelled noc at the beginning of year, so cda cancelled noc but appeared to give a temporary noc for about 3 months until march and now cancelled again. Cda gave them many warning to do so as soon as possible but clearly the management ignored.
Rp did not met their deadline given by cda to acquire more land and start development as they have just had the roller machine and truck standing in the same position for 2 years. Real estate agents and owners are getting desperate as they are not sure of whats going on and do not want to make a huge loss, so they showing the old noc certificate approved by cda in order to try to sell rp plots and they are also saying that possession is available which is a joke to be honest. It is not true! Roshan pakistan is a complete train wreck so stay well clear...Buy plots at rp at your own peril! All the people who invested in their hard earned money have been conned and im not sure whats next for them, so they have resorted to telling people flase things inorder to get there money back!.
If i were you, i would steer well clear of this type of investment, people would say and do anything to get there money back!
