What do the experts think about this advertisement on LDA website?
Should we still keep buying in Bahria these phases? Or should the people who already bought have to start worrying about their principal amount??

My opinion is that it’s only a matter of time before LDA eats its words. The prospects Bahria Town offers have stirred legitimate demand in the market despite LDA’s warnings. People know for a fact that all government institutions have a history of flip flopping their views. Just wait and watch.
Regardless if LDA flip their statement… Is it true anyways that Bahria Phase D, E, F and phaseII are illegal??
I think its a political issue rather legal issue. If LDA knows, these blocks are illegal then why dont they take proper steps and demolish them. The answer is simple, LDA will not / can not do that. I hope this matter will be resolved soon.
