I have two plots in LDA Avenue 1. One in block D on normal road and one in block M on 100 ft double road. Both measuring 50x90. I want to sell one of these due to my personnel issues. Please advise the market value of both of them and which one to sell and which one to hold. Also what are the prospect for future price increase in this area.

Since last few years I have not visited site and also not visited Lahore so I donot know the name of road. However it is 100 ft road which is between sector M and sector J
I don't know the exact market value of the area if you can guide me about this I will be grateful to you.
