Well, most property dealers, not just in bahria but other societies also seem to believe that the case is different. Everyone is expecting prices to shoot up after Eid owing to foreign investors coming in for Eid and doing some purchasing. I surveyed B-17, D-17 and Bahria over this weekend and got the above feedback.
Based on above logic, I also believe that Bahria may be a good place to invest right now owing to interest of foreign investors in the lifestyle offered by them .
I do believe that for long-term investment, say even 1-2 years, Bahria does offer significant upside with little chances of prices going down greatly. There might be a few hiccups but for a horizon of 12 months or so, you are likely to make profit, amount can vary.
I have bought a plot myself a couple of days back basis my broker's advice. But I am no expert, just a normal investor like you :-)
Rest, Allah knows best.
