Looking for contractor to built 10 Marla house in bahria Phase 8 A1

I plan to construct a 10-marla house in Bahria Phase 8. However, I have learned that there is a substantial cost to building a house in Bahria Town in view that they require a raft and piles in house foundation. I would appreciate it if the following queries could be answered:

1. What is usual cost of constructing a raft of 10 marla house in phase-8. If required, in addition to the cost of constructing the piles,

2.What is per sft construction cost individually for raft, foundation, grey structure and Finishing.

A-1 Sector towards Nullah/Rain Drain has considerable filling upto 40 feet & needs Pile + Raft Foundation, to ensure Safety of the Building against Settlement etc.

Approximately Rs 3 to 4 Million additional goes for the Foundation, depending upon Depth & Diameter of the Piles recommended by the Structure Engineer. Exact Quotation can vary accordingly.
