I am an overseas pakistani and looking to buy a house a islamabad, my budget is about 7-8 million pkr. Please advise where can i buy a house in this range.

Dear brother shahid If 5 marla size is enough for u then go to proper cda sectors i 9 or i 10 where u can find 5 marla or 6 marla double story house with in ur budget. If u need size of 10 marla or above then u have to switch towards cooperative housing schemes in zone 5 u can check korang town sawan gardens In zone 2 e 16/17 d 17 and b 17

In the link provided above by farhan asad, i noticed that the asking price for a 20x40 house in f-10 (with basement) is rs 85 lakhs.

But an interesting fact is that the asking price for a 20x40 plot in g-13 is rs 55 lakhs. If the old construction on the f-10 house is worth 30 lakhs (because new construction and fittings could be at least 60 lakhs?), then the plot in g-13 comes for about the same price as f-10!! May be f-10 plot comes cheaper if you buy it as a house.

What are your views ibrahim bhai? If you buy a built up property in zone 1, you can get better deal than buying a plot in zone 2.

And sometimes better than buying in g-13 and 14 of zone 1, you can make a smart investment in main zone 1 old islamabad as suggested by ibrahim above.

In sector i-9 and i-10 you can get below average house in your range.
