Low Budget Property Investment Options in Lahore

With west word and south word expansion, the land value in extended parts of Lahore has magnified to a shocking extent. This mounting property value is backed by the fact that a lot of infrastructural development is done here. Yet, there is need for more to make the southern outskirts of Lahore more accessible. Until that happens, residential plots in some of the localities in these parts of the city can be bought at very reasonable rates.

In some of these housing societies in the western and southern outskirts of Lahore, you can buy 5 Marla residential plots in an amount of rs. 1,000,000 or less, yes you read me right, rs. 10 lac.

It would have been very apt if you had put above some names of these Eastward, Westward whatever division areas of Lahore here which unfortunately people like me are not much acquainted with. Anyways, whats the option you got for a less than one million budget, expected to bloom and plz also punch here some figural picture against that in coming two years. What percetage profit one would easily expect for coming days.

Eden gardens is not good dude, no one is doing anything .. Everyone is defaulting by Eden Groups you all people must be aware ....

they have held up people money in millions and when you go to there office you see ppl who deal with you and wont let you go inside the office.

Bahria orchard is a good option

Good information.

Are these places are ready to construct home?

Thank you Samra and thank you Zeeshan for this very insightful report. Great work!

Just one question. There has been quite a lot of talk on DHA city on Zameen discussion forum about DHA city. I gathered from this discussion and also from my conversations with dealers and investors in Lahore that DHA city land is not even acquired yet.

May be the prices of DHA city and Eden Garden are low because of land acquisition issues.

If you do a follow up report on your article, it will be useful to mention land acquisition status and development stage.

I suspect that may explain the low prices.

I am not sure if things are the same as this post and the mentioned link were almost two months ago. The link has the information you asked for Ali Chughtai
