Would love to invest. In startup housing society in islamabad in commercial sector, anyone knows any nice ones which will be hopefully fruitful in future? Currently commercial prices are already on hike and would love to invest at startup with low cost, please help.

I would suggest you to invest in either Bahria, DHA Valley or G-11. About DHA Valley, i would like to adivise you to assure the development status because lately, development was halted there because of some internal issues.
In mentioned afore localities, you can find commercial properties at start-up costs.
