Is it advisable to buy a 200 sq yard plot in Bahria Karachi or a luxury house of 3 to 4 bedrooms; a servant qtr; drawing dining; lounge; marble flooring in just 490k without the headache of construction. Please advice.

Sir, i would strongly recommend you to stick with plots for the time being as this project will at least take 5 to 7 years to start giving possessions. Yes you are right that getting a luxury home is not bad deal yet the risk involved with it is high as compared to a plot.
In Bahria Rawalpindi these houses were built in the early stage of development of BT RWP, so that the BT may have some respectable population.
The society can not be left unpopulated. When construction begins in a project then its plots value rises.
I think same will be the case here n these houses will be constructed in the earliest possible time to attract the investors in Bahria Town KYC from Karachi n RURAL sindh.
Same goes true in DHA VALLEY Rawalpindi.
