CDA is deteriorating day by day...has anybody witnessed service degradation regarding garbage disposal.....now they dont pick up garbage on daily basis , I have never seen conditions like these......I am talking about G9 area...
I personally think PM NS is not interested in Islamabad because we voted for PTI ..:).
Islamabd is a city which dont have a potential to build only 9 km length of MA and widens the KH. How investors will come to develop blue area from Zeropoint to Rawat. How another airport rawat at will be constructued. Who will develop economic zone at rawat. Who will come to invest in a city whch is not capable to build only 9 km MA. How super highway will be constructed all around Islamabad and who will connect Muzaffarabad to Rawat by rail. All such things stated by NAWAZ SHARIF is in air. According to him people of Islamabad are fool and may be he laughed at night that how easily he is making people fool.

Very True and you are very rite about the Garbage issue, i knew that they have given the tender to a private firm and when they don’t pay they don’t come to pick up garbage, after this sanitation and many other departments will also be privatised, so we can know what will come next.
I am telling this projects will not complete before 1-2 years.
Well dear friends…visited the site of MARGALA AVENUE, good news for all having property near by, Development work on 3-4 km patch (which was left due to dispute) has again started, and CDA has negotiated settlement with the stake holders of the area. Due to construction activity of MA…property even 3 km away from MA in Shah Aladitta side has seen an increase. Minimum demand there is 25 -30 lac per kanal.Property which lies within 1 km of MA will see a good boost in prices soon. Insha ALLAH.

We shouldn't completely rely on the published news. I would rather trust the comments of the person who has visited the site on ground. I remember the news of rawat airport was also published by same news paper as a second big headline on front page. Many hands in media are also supporting the rumors of rawat airport.

Junaid..hopefully MA will be completed in short span of time, if the work is continued with same pace and above-all if sincerity prevails.
It should be completed before the prices in B-17 starts declining.
