Dear Ali1, this is some pvt venture, currently offering 1 lac per marla plots on installments. But one should keep away, it might be a big scam unless we are sure about the management and developers, approvals etc... Thanks

i am very thankful to you people for ur time and discussion about this project.Announced area is located in C-19 sector but it follow the rules of teh taxila and dist rwp. Alhamdulillah we have sold more then 55% of plots and extended more area. For new price and new layout plan u can visit OR visit to our head office House# 10, Street 102, G-13/1 Isb

It's not in Islamabad.

It is in zone 2 of islamabad. Nd alhamdulillah we have sold 60% area of layout plan. Once again development work had been started u people can visit the site.

Not yet received. Actually each and every society want to get the NOC after finalizing layout plan. In our very 1st lay out plan we proposed 40 feet wide main road but later we extended it to 60 feets. And also extended blocks. We have announced in December 2013 and we ll take take time to get NOC, right now we are waiting for best time

and 2nd most important thing is that society requires NOC for sale of plots and Alhamdulillah we got great response evn more thn our expectations, dats y we want to get a stamp on best layout plan :)

1 of biggest plus point of this society is that you can access on local transport. The transport will drop you on main gate of the society.

we have revised the rates of the plots from 1st May 2014, now we are charging 140,000 per marla and 40,000 development charges per marla. So price of 1 kanal is 3,600,000/- ( including all charges on installments. If you want to purchase on cash basis then you will get 10% discount on cost of land

My question is that if you donot have NOC how can people trust that where they are putting money + they will be blamed if it turns out scam later. Without NOC mean just office and thats it.........

In this society we are providing Intikaal of land. And you know well Intikaal is Government paper and registered in Government dept
