Can someone please help me finding a price of a 1 kanal double storry house 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in f6/1 islamabad,old construction, thank you
Ws. Recently one of my acquaintance sold out his demolishable house of 60x100 for Rs 12 Crore. Very old house and less construction so it was just plot price.
I don't think a lot of forum members know exactly about F-6 pricing.
Malik sahab, this means Zone 1 is rising faster than other zones. This price was not even for main road properties such as main Shahra-e-Suharwardy. Even there people purchased plot or dilapidated houses for 5-6 crores not so long ago and converted them into guest houses. Now they are minting money on two counts: business income and price appreciation.
12 crore is crazy… I remember 1 kanal slightly used houses in F-6 or F-7 for around 6-7 back in 2009.
@ Br malik…They really got a good price.I dont think so it is the prevailing price tag…500 sqyds can easily be found in 8.5 to 9.5 crores max…But this is just plot price.40x90 in f-6/1 can be bought in 5.75 to 6.25 crores in streets 35 36 etc…Yes houses near kohsar are more expensive.
It was in F-6/1. Very close to Jinnah Avenue. Dead end street.
There is a chance that they told wrong price to me. You know it happen in relations though location of that plot was good.
Another acquaintance of mine sold his demolishable house in F-7 for Ra 8 Crore.
Yeah sir F-7 has this price tag…But it is highly likely that some one misquoted you the selling price of f-6 plot…
Thank you every one , i really appreciate all of you, now at least i have little knowledge to know what the market is going for,someone in islamabad told me houses in F6/1 street 35 36 37 are close to 12 to 13 crore in 1 kanal old construction,I have a family member who really want to sell his property there.
Maybe this is in anticipation of some commercial development on Nazimuddin road. I think at present there is nothing built there (east of NAFDEC cinema), but maybe something big is in the works, and in that case streets 35, 36 etc may benefit from it.
@ amir…Sir this is not the tag price for sure for an old house…This is the price for double storey 500 sqyds brand new house.
