Would any one please give his opinion about the plots which is on the main double road form pwd to bahria town. I have listen that may be in future i will become commercial. Any idea abot that plots
Such plots in PWD, which were initially residential ones, have now been converted to commercial plots. And the owners got huge gains.
So grab one if available in reasonable price. Even if it doesn't become commercial, it will always remain a prime location with a heavier price tag than rest of plots in the society.
