Please tell guide me about prospects of Mehr Apartments near NUST.

Few days back,respected member Is-Base also asked about these…I would simply not recommend it…
I have been considering Mehr apartments (H-13 probably) and Royal apartments (E-11, Medical society).
There isn't much difference in their rates, Royal sounds much better since it is in E-11.
I can't see a good reason make myself think to invest in Mehr.
The one bed (617 SQ FT) apartment in Royal apartments suits me in every way but company claims that all have been booked which I don't think that is the case. Looks like they are looking to sell the 2-3 bed apartments first and then launch one bed.
Look forward to hear about your thoughts on Royal apartments (E-11).
P.S : Both of these are projects of Red sun, Which as far as I know is a well reputed company.
