Would it be a good idea to move some investment from Bahria Phase 8, add some capital and buy a plot in Enclave?
Is it a good move for the next 2 years in terms of:
1. Living.
2. Investment.

Brother overall market of bahria goes up and down in the same vain,if you are thinking in a different prospective ie to get a jump when enclave possession is announced then yes it has a juice like always after possession,
but at the moment its not a selling time,in phase 8

my main aim is a plot for construction , I am not sure about current price f 10 marla in market but people on this site are demanding in the range of 45-50 lacs on average. Enclave , potentially offers a good mix of living in Isb and having a living standard of Bahria.
BE has a good promising future, if every thing goes right as going at the moment with development pace…

BE is much better than Phase 8, but they don’t have NOC rite now, nor you know when they will give possession, Bahria Phase 8 is much better, and if your plot is in developed/ready possession area, rate will increase and in BE1 rates are coming down, you can later on sell phase 8 and shift to BE.

Nasir you look like a confused person. Do not know what you tried to say in your last post. “BE is much better than Phase 8” , “Bahria Phase 8 is much better” and “in BE1 rates are coming down”, what is all this?

I think he means that overall BE is a much better choice but right now phase 8 is better due issues like development speed and NOC. I have noticed that prices in BE have come down , this is likely a correction phase . Thats what I understood

Location of BE is much much better than phase 8. For investment point of it is wise to shift of BE but for making home next five years phase 8 will be better after that BE will be better
Its confusion no doubt , BE is at Islamabad and Phase 8 at RWP. It would be worth living at BE in future but problem is with NOC and Possession. The day NOC is announced BE ll be out from the reach of so many people.
I also thought about having plot at E or F block of Ph8 but prices seems high.
