Which one is better multi gardens or pechs for long term investment?
Jawad both holds their own importance. I have heard from few sources that b-17 multi gardens islamabad is more developed than pechs. But confirm it from any agent first :)

Most of b-17 is a cda sector and located inside. I.C.T. (islamabad capital territory); Pechs is located outside. I.C.T.
B-17 is already getting populated; Pechs is not yet populated.
B-17 has better development standard; Pechs has reasonable development standard.
B-17 is located on gt road and will have future access to motorway; Pechs is located on fateh jang road and it may (not yet sure) have access to airport road.
Now you can make up your mind which is better.
Agree with pk1 Personally i would suggest u multi its a brand big name better development standards very near to margalla avenue project huge front on main gt road security and roads are too good. They have there own water damn. Gas is approved in b block more then 50 houses are developed.

What is the market saying about the effect of pml-n govt on margalla avenue project?
As you know, punjab govt tried to block it when ppp started the project. Now pml-n has won in punjab and centre. If this project is shelved, how will that affect d-17 and b-17? And how will it affect zone 2 in general?
