I can understand. If some one has money buying at 5 lacs profit is extremely good investment for holding it for at least one year.

I think time period for good profit in Block D is uncertain.

It will depend on MPCHS plans on (i) when they will be able to start development works in Block D, and (ii) when they expect to finish development in Block D.

Without any firm idea on these two things, it is difficult to say what is a good time period for holding the file and getting a good profit. If Multi does not announce and start development soon, the files will keep fluctuating (and mostly they will fluctuate in a given range).

You don't think that possession in C-Block will have good effect on prices in D-Block, so, in this way the possession in C-Block is very much a possibility within an year.

Mr Khan, possession in C-block will have a reasonable impact on C Block prices - may be 20-30% depending on overall property scene at that time.

Possession in C-block will not give a big jump to C Block prices because it is not something being announced suddenly. It is happening steadily so current stage (near completion) of development works are factored in the current price.

So there will be some impact on D block too but how much impact can possession in one area have on non possession area where there is no development schedule on the scene? I would say not that much.

Possession in C-Block will certainly effect the prices in D-Block as well as both are linked with each other. As here we are not talking about two different projects, actually these are two phases one project, therefore, both cann't work in isolation.

Sir, as I said there will be some impact on D-block of any price increase in C.

But even the price impact on C due to possession will not be too much (because current development stage is factored in current price).

So how much impact do you expect on D where there is no possession in sight? I think - limited impact.

Right now there are so many plots and files and most buyers are investors who have to offload after keeping the investment for some time.

If supply was limited, then there would be a good impact even on D block, but it seems that MPCHS is making full use of the relatively cheap raw land in Jhang Bahatar area. When there is demand pressure from genuine house making investors, then there will be a sustainable growth in price.
