Multi residencia plots still available from society. 7 Marla plot price is 13.1 lac on 27 months installments. Is there any worth of buying these plots?
I would suggest you to go for market plots with numbers already assigned as the new plots will be after these plots, so the location of existing plots is far better.

I seen a 30x60 in residencia for 11.75 lakhs all dues clear. Is this a good deal?

I have purchased for 11.80 last week in A Block. Rates are more than 12 lac generally. Good location are around 13 lac.

If one can pay lump sum amount and get 20% discount. 7 Marla plot in 10.48 Lac. Expert opinion is required weither it is as better to buy than buying old booking plots from open market in about 14 Lac?

Dear kaleem location is not good u cant live there if u r working in islamabad may be it will give a little profit but not a very good option due to its location.
