Nasir sahab, if you read Mr. Khan's post, I think he means the location is the same as Orchards. You will enter the same gate but on the left and right sides of the main road there will be residencia.
What is the price of a file?
You are right Pk1, you have to pass through Residencia to reach Orchard.
Rates are from 13 to 16 Lacs for all dues clear plots.
Development is in full swing there. And the possession is expected in 2014 any time, may be first quarter.

If someone has a 5kanal farm in Orchards, will it be beneficial to him to have a small 30x60 plot in residencia for various miscellaneous purposes such as - perhaps for guests, storage of farm materials if he is actually running a small farm or for any business etc. Basically as a side home/facility at walking distance.
What is your opinion?
